Grumpy Duck is my own brand for the tools, hardware, and smart-home experiments I build in my spare time. It's very much a work in progress — new products get added as I actually finish building them, rather than the other way round.
Smart-home tooling built around Homey — dashboards, automations, and custom devices that behave the way a home actually should.
Small utilities and to-do tooling for getting things done without the bloat of a "proper" app.
General-purpose utilities that started as "I just need this one thing" and grew from there.

Grumpy Duck isn't just software — most projects come with custom-designed, 3D-printed enclosures built specifically for the hardware inside, right down to a dedicated ESP32 case and lid for the many LED controllers.
